(5) OLD BUSINESS a. Mackle Park Discipline Policy Discussion-Committee Comments Reviewed present discipline policies with suggestions from PRAC. Add to next meeting agenda. b. Big Flag Committee - No representative present for discussion. c. PRAC report to City Council Review Chair Swiacki gave presentation and answered questions and concerns. Mr. Swiacki will move forward to present to City Council next Monday. d. New Mackle Park Community Center Update 1. Advertise for solicitation of contract bids (30 days) - April 1, 2016 2. Open bids evaluate and select winning bid - May 5, 2016 3. Present winning bid to City Council for Award of Contract - June 6, 2016 (6) STAFF COMMUNICATIONS a. MI Seafood Festival March 18,19, 20 b. Facilities Manager Update Ms. Dial reported: Veterans' Community Park - Memorial: 1. Installed Life Ring along waterside 2. Changed all flags March 4, 2016 Winterberry Park: 1. Sr. Softball Regular season concludes March 31 2. City Adult League concludes April 15 3. City Co-ed League starting April 21 c. Concert in the Park Discussion-Samatha Malloy PRAC recommended having two (2) concerts a year (1 summer in May/June, 1 season January): 1. Need funds 2. Recommend to City Council to add line budget item for FY17 (7) NEW BUSINESS None (8) PUBLIC COMMENT Ms. Dawn Kuhn, 505 Tigertail Court,requested moving forward with 2009 Master Plan for proposed amenities: 1.
