Our vendor is performing weekly maintenance. The caps have been removed to pressurize the system to find the leaks. No leaks were found, and the caps have been put back. Miguel Carballo, Fleet and Facilities Manager reported that the system was tested last week but the system does not have adequate pressure. The goal is to get it running but it will not be at full capacity. Fleets and Facilities is working with a company who specializes in replacement pumps. There is a rough estimate of $80,000 just to replace the pump equipment. Member Kuhn asked how old the equipment is. Mr. Carballo replied 15 years old.
