GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT: 20210026 BLW Board Strategic Business Plan 2020/ Objective 4A Deliverable for BLW Board Strategic Business Plan 2020, Objective 4A: The Board will annually review and evaluate written policies governing its financial management. These policies cover such areas as: Revenue requirements, Reserves, Debt, Rates, and charges for services.
