Gunter Co., Inc. to renovate the exterior of the historical MBLW Waterworks building (aka Campbell building) located at 426 Sessions Street at an estimated cost of $221,364. Motion to approve a Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Board of Lights and Water (BLW) budget to fund the exterior renovations to the historical MBLW Waterworks (aka Campbell) building located at 426 Sessions Street. The motion was made by Board member Lee, seconded by Board member Summerour, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Vote: 7 – 0 – 0 Approved 20240808 Electric Rates Discussion regarding December 11, 2023 Board approval of a recommendation from the Budget/ Rates Committee to increase electric rates by 2½ percent on January 1, 2024 and an additional 2½ percent increase to be effective October 1, 2024.
