BUSINESS: 20220904 Hotel Motel Tax Hotel Motel monthly financial report for September 2022. 20220905 Auto Rental Tax 3% Auto Rental Tax monthly financial report for September 2022. 20220906 Quarterly Financial Report First quarter Financial Report for FY2023. 20220922 FY2022 Budget Reconciliation Approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022 budget to address the annual year-end settlement of accounts to move the salary savings due to unfiled position for the purchase of equipment, to move the General fund capital contingency to user departments to cover approved capital items, and to appropriate the operation surplus in various funds of the City. City of Marietta Page 1 Printed on 10/24/2022 11:33:14AM FINANCE/INVESTMENTS Meeting Agenda October 25, 2022 COMMITTEE 20220962 Marietta Conference Center and Resort Consideration of request by Marietta Leasehold, L.P. to assign its interest in the Marietta Conference Center and Resort Lease to a new entity entitled Ashford TRS Marietta, LLC. 20220903 Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Requesting that the $3 million in Recovery Funds be divided between all (7) Wards - $400K each. Requested by Council Member Andy Morris 20220924 ARPA Available Funds Motion to expend up to $2,000,000.00 for purchase and development in our Parks system for two health driven, family-oriented parks to consider, but not limited to, youth oriented activities, walking, biking, “Pickle ball”, pavilions, skate board parks, and possibly a small splash pad. Limited lighted areas and efforts to put in activities that are not in our other parks. Said funds shall be equally divided between: a.) In the Burnt Hickory and Anderson Road area and b.) the enhanced conversion of the Wallace Road compost area to a Park. Said funds shall be from the unexpended ARPA and the expenditures in compliance with the quality of life enhancement of this Federal Grant.
