BUSINESS: 20221005 Hotel Motel Tax Hotel Motel monthly financial report for October 2022. 20221006 Auto Rental Tax 3% Auto Rental Tax monthly financial report for October 2022. 20221007 Finance Update 20221051 Dissolution of the Center City South Renaissance Tax Allocation District (CCSR TAD) Consideration of a resolution which dissolves the Center City South Renaissance Tax Allocation District (CCSR TAD). Council Member Goldstein discloses that PMG Family, LLC and JRG Marietta Parkway, LLC own properties in the Center City South Renaissance Tax Allocation District. Council Member Goldstein is an owner of both PMG Family, LLC and JRG Marietta Parkway, LLC. City of Marietta Page 1 Printed on 11/30/2022 10:43:11AM FINANCE/INVESTMENTS Meeting Agenda November 29, 2022 COMMITTEE 20221068 Revenue & Compensation Discussion/Direction/Input to City Manager, Financial Team and HR for mid-year budget adjustment to obtain the proper competitive compensation for staff across the board in the City/BLW. Said date of implementation to be effective January 1, 2023, with Comprehensive adjustments in various fees, licenses, inspections and permits and lower priority budget cuts necessary to financially support such market driven increases. Analysis of market compensation to be internal driven based on the on-going feed-back our Management teams have received daily in this ever changing environment, and especially in the metro area. Goal is just compensation to continue to attract and sustain staff for our excellent Public Service effective January 1, 2023, and implemented by a major mid year budget adjustment as approved at a Special Called meeting by December 22, 2022. Time is of the essence so as to be able to retain and support our outstanding public servants.
