GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Special Meeting Minutes, June 1st, 2023 - Village Hall The special meeting of the Village Board, for the Village of Marquette, was called to order by President Cybul at 3:00 p.m. Roll Call: President - Art Cybul - present Trustee - Peter Michalos - absent Trustee - Tony Deiss - present Clerk - Christina Garry -present Treasurer - Paula Gilbertson - absent There were 0 citizens in attendance. Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Law: Agenda notice was posted in three public places - Village Hall door, kiosks at the Post Office and Truck Garage, also posted on the Village Website and emailed to Berlin Journal Newspapers. A motion to approve the agenda was made. Deiss/Cybul. Motion passed. (Unanimous). Discuss and Approve driveway repair at The Village Hall, Review estimate from Green Lake County to repair the driveway at the Village Hall, Cost for the repair is $3,495.67. The repair will focus on from the cupola of the village to the road. Approved the estimate with the contingency being up to 20% Deiss/Cybul Motion passed. (Unanimous) Michalos Not present Discuss and Approve Asphalt for Basketball Court, Reviewed estimate from Green Lake County to pour the asphalt for the basketball court. When reviewing the estimate for $3,075.52 members of the board approved with the 20% contingency, using the ARPA funds to pay for the court. Deiss/Cybul. Motion Passed.
