VILLAGE OF MARQUETTE GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Special Meeting Minutes, July 27, 2023 - Village Hall This Special meeting of the Village Board, for the Village of Marquette, was called to order by President Cybul at 4:00p.m. Roll Call: President – Art Cybul - present Clerk – Christina Garry –absent Trustee – Peter Michalos - present Treasurer – Paula Gilbertson –absent Trustee Tony Deiss - present . Certification of Compliance with the Open Meetings Law: Agenda notice was posted in three public places - Village Hall door, kiosks at the Post Office and Truck Garage, also posted on the Village Website. A motion to approve the agenda was made. Deiss/Michalos. Motion passed. (Unanimous). Discuss / Approve: Accept Resignation of Village Clerk-Christina Garry Michalos/Deiss Motion Passed (Unanimous). Appoint Susan Geraldi as Village Clerk Deiss/Michalos Motion Passed with Art Cybul abstaining from the voting. Susan Geraldi then took oath of office and was sworn in by Laura Michalos as the new Village Clerk. Motion to adjourn at 4:30 p.m. Michalos/Deiss. Motion passed. Unanimous.
