Town Board Minutes September 28, 2022 MINUTES Special Town Council Meeting, Town of Massena Date/Time: Thursday September 28 2022 at 3:30 PM Location: Massena Town Hall LIVE-STREAMED ON FACEBOOK ATTENDANCE: MEMBER PRESENT ABSENT Supervisor Susan Bellor X Councilperson Deb Willer X Councilperson Tom Miller X Councilperson Adrian Taraska X Councilwoman Pat Facteau X ALSO PRESENT: Brenda Mossow, Secretary/Bookkeeper; Frank Diagostino, Highway and Airport ,Sean Lynch, Deputy Town Clerk The Supervisor opened the meeting at 3:30 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance 2023 Budget:  The Deputy Town Clerk Acknowledges receipt of the Tentative 2023 Budget on September 28, 2022 at 3:30 PM.  The tentative Budget was presented to the Town Board.  Supervisor Bellor presented the Budget Review Schedule. Budget Review Schedule:  The Preliminary budget will be presented at the October 19, 2022 Board Meeting. Departments will be notified if changes happen before the Final Budget.  The Final Budget will be accepted in November, 2022. Discussion: The Town Board is looking into possible Insurance changes for Medicare Retiree’s. This will be further discussed at the October 19, 2022 Regular Board Meeting. Next Scheduled Meeting (Special Meeting October 5, 2022 at 3:30 PM. Regular Board Meeting October 19, 2022 5:30 PM). Closing 15-Minute Comment Period.
