MINUTES
June 25, 2024 at 6:20 PM

1. Call to Order/Roll Call- The Finance and Purchasing Committee met in a regular session on
Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm. Members present were
Courtney Ferguson, Barb Hoilien, and Rick Noe. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City
Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy.
2. Minutes- Motion made by Ferguson, Seconded by Noe to approve minutes of June 11,
2024. Motion carried.
3. Vouchers- Motion made by Hoilien, Seconded by Ferguson to recommend to the council to
approve vouchers of $335,717.18. Motion carried.
4. Adjourn- Motion made by Ferguson, Seconded by Noe to adjourn. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 6:25 pm.
