MINUTES
June 11, 2024 at 6:25 PM

1. Call to Order/Roll Call- The Finance and Purchasing Committee met in a regular session on
Tuesday,June 11, 2024. Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:25 pm. Members present were
Courtney Ferguson, Barb Hoilien, and Rick Noe. Also present were Mayor Darryl Teske, City
Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy.
2. Minutes-Motion made by Ferguson, Seconded by Hoilien to approve minutes of May 28,
2024. Motion carried.
3. Vouchers - Motion made by Hoilien, Seconded by Ferguson to recommend to the council to
approve the vouchers of $849,672.69.
4. Adjourn- Motion made by Noe, Seconded by Ferguson to adjourn. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 6:26 pm.
