FINANCE AND PURCHASING COMMITTEE
MINUTES
September 10, 2024 at 6:20 PM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call - The Finance and Purchasing Committee held its regular session meeting
on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Rick Noe called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm. Members
present were Barb Hoilien, Rick Noe. and Courtney Ferguson. Mayor Darryl Teske, City
Administrator Daron Haugh, and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy were also present.
2. Minutes -The motion was made by Ferguson and seconded by Noe to approve the August 27,
2024 minutes. Motion Carried.
3. Vouchers -The motion was made by Hoilien and seconded by Ferguson to recommend to the
council to approve the vouchers of $643,353.01. Motion carried.
4. PD overhang blacktop to concrete with gutters/downspouts - The motion was made by Hoilien
and seconded by Noe to recommend to the council to approve Tri-State Mud Jacking quote of
$1,500 and D & G Seamless Gutters of $432 for the Police Department outdoor repair work
coming out of the Building Maintenance Fund with the remaining work to be done by the Public
Works Department not to exceed $5,000. Motion carried.
5. 2025-2029 Capital Plan - The motion was made by Ferguson and seconded by Noe to
recommend to the council to approve the 2025-2029 Capital Plan. Motion carried.
6. Adjourn - The motion was made by Hoilien and seconded by Noe to adjourn. Motion carried at
6:27 pm.
