JOINT REVIEW BOARD MINUTES
January 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM
303 Mansion Street Mauston, WI
1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Joint Review Board was called to order on Tuesday, January 28,
2025, at 11:00 am in the Council Chambers of Mauston City Hall by Administrator Daron Haugh.
Present were Western Technical College representative Christina Heit (who appeared by phone),
Mauston School District representative Sue Goyette, Juneau County representative Denise Giebel
(who appeared by phone), and City of Mauston representative Administrator Daron Haugh. Absent
was Member at Large Leonard Kluge. Also present was Josh Low from Ehlers (who appeared by
phone) and Deputy Clerk Nicole Lyddy.
2. Minutes: Goyette/Heit motioned to approve the minutes of January 14, 2025. Motion carried
unanimously.
3. Review of Public Records: The planning documents and resolutions were reviewed without any
questions being raised.
4. Resolution 2025-02: Goyette/Giebel motioned to approve resolution 2025-02 approving the
amended Project Plan and Boundaries for Tax Incremental District No. 5. Motion carried
unanimously.
5. Adjourn: Goyette/Heit motioned to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously at 11:03 am.
