COMMITTEE MINUTES
March 11, 2025 at 6:10 PM

1. Call to Order/Roll Call: The Ordinance, Licensing, and Permits Committee was called to order on
March 11, 2025, by Chairperson Jim Allaby at 6:10 PM. Members attending included Jim Allaby,
Courtney Ray, and Leanna Hagen. Mayor Darryl Teske, Administrator Daron Haugh and Deputy
Clerk Nicole Lyddy were also present.
2. Minutes: Motion made by Ray, seconded by Hagen to approve the minutes of January 14, 2025.
Motion carried.
3. Ordinance 2025-2074: Motion made by Ray, seconded by Hagen to recommend to the council to
approve the amended ordinance Chapter 8 Animals Article I Sec. 8-2. Prohibited animals. Motion
carried.
4. Downtown parking district: Motion made by Ray, seconded by Hagen.to recommend to the
council to approve the removal of Main from divison to hanover and all of Elm street from the
downtown parking district. Motion carried.
5. Adjourn: Motion made by Ray, seconded by Hagen to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:17 pm.
