Motion to approve the purchase of a minutes binder. Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report for May, 2024. Motion to pay all bills listed in packet and all others mentioned. Motion to close out general fund money market account. Report on Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs conference held in Hershey, June 2-5. Streets and Public Works – Tom Hartman Update on Pave Cuts. Update on road additions for Liquid Fuels Funds. Buildings and Parks – Jennifer Rossi Motion to formally approve payment of bill to KBA for engineering for the borough building project. Motion to approve renting a pod to securely store all files while construction takes place. Motion to have the façade at the Emergency Services Center repaired. Adams Cable update report. Discuss keys for borough building. Discuss relocation of computer and copy machine. Athletic Complex and Playgrounds – Mary Rosler Report on water backflow testing for the concession stand. Public Safety and Rental Inspections – Bridget Boettcher and Tiffany Casey Fire Chief Joe Tomcavage’s report – in packet Zoning Officer Jason Smith’s report – in packet Planning Commission report - Mayor Chelik Flood Control – Wendy Bochnovich Update/Action on grants. Levee inspection by the Army Corps of Engineers is Wednesday, June 26, at 8:30 AM. Update on Poplar Street bridge work. Motion to hire Utility Services Group, Inc. of Camp Hill, PA to do the video inspection and cleaning of the levee pipes. Motion to approve payment of budgeted $500 to Shade Tree to help pay for the new picnic table at the corner on Chestnut Street. Mayor’s Report – Mayor Alexander J. Chelik Police report in packet.
