Minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of July 22, 2015 A motion was made by Wilder, seconded by Cloutier,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 9/14/2015. The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Donald and Jennifer Spak for a Variance to the Minimum Side Yard at the Corner Setback for the Property Located at 316 N. Waddill A motion was made by Taylor, seconded by D'Emidio,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request by Michael Ripperger for Variances to the Minimum Front Yard and the Minimum Rear Yard Setbacks for the Property Located at 912 Drexel Street A motion was made by D'Emidio, seconded by Taylor,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
