Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Board of Adjustment Board of Adjustment Minutes - Final September 23, 2015 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of August 26, 2015 A motion was made by Wilder, seconded by Jacoby,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 10/6/2015. The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Lisa Day for a Variance to the Minimum Side Yard at Corner Setback for the Property Located at 909 N. Waddill Street A motion was made by Cloutier, seconded by Wilder,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. ADJOURN A motion was made by Jacoby, seconded by Taylor,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
