A motion was made by Council member Harris, seconded by Council member
Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following

Development Company, Inc., on Behalf of Mackuehn Partners, L.L.C.,
for Approval of a Preliminary-Final Plat for Lots 1-3, Block A, of the
Mackuehn Addition, Being Fewer than 16 Acres, Located on the West
Side of C.R. 202 and Approximately 1,750 Feet South of F.M. 543
A motion was made by Council member Harris, seconded by Council member
Day,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following

Cross Engineering Consultants , Inc., on Behalf of R.D. Offutt
Company, for Approval of a Request to Rezone Fewer than 11 Acres

the Development Standards, Located on the Southeast Corner of U.S.

Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Project Agreement
between the United States Department of Agriculture Natural
Resources Conservation Service and the City of McKinney, Texas for
the Rehabilitation of East Fork above Lavon Site 2A
A motion was made by Council member Kever, seconded by Council member
Day,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year
2013-2014 Annual Budget and Amending the 2014-2018 Capital
Improvements Program, to Provide Funds for the Rehabilitation of
Natural Resources Conservation Service Site 2A in the East Fork
above Lavon Watershed
A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Kever,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Restating the Amended City
Charter in Accordance with the May 10, 2014 Election
A motion was made by Council member Ricchi, seconded by Council member
Pogue,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
vote.

2013-2014 Budget Mid-Year to Fund Additional Improvements,
Projects and Increased Contractual Obligations
A motion was made by Council member Ricchi, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem
Ussery,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following
