Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution of the City of McKinney, Texas Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Project Agreement between the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service and the City of McKinney, Texas for the Rehabilitation of East Fork above Lavon Site 2A A motion was made by Council member Kever, seconded by Council member Day,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Annual Budget and Amending the 2014-2018 Capital Improvements Program, to Provide Funds for the Rehabilitation of Natural Resources Conservation Service Site 2A in the East Fork above Lavon Watershed A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Kever,that this Ordinance be Approved .
