Manager to Participate in Execution of Special Warranty Deed for
1100 W. Louisiana Street
This that this Resolution be Approved by consent roll call
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City
Manager to Enter into a 2-year Maintenance Reimbursement
Agreement with Stonebridge Ranch Community Association, Inc.
A motion was made by Council member Kever, seconded by Council member
Harris,that this Resolution be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried

- Planned Development District and “CC” - Corridor Commercial
Overlay District to “SF5” - Single Family Residential District and “CC” -
Corridor Commercial Overlay District; and Rezone a Portion of the
Property from “PD” - Planned Development District and “CC” - Corridor
Commercial Overlay District to “C2” - Local Commercial District and
“CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District, Located Approximately
1,100 Feet West of Custer Road and on the South Side of U.S.
Highway 380 (University Drive)
A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Kever,that this Ordinance be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion
carried by the following vote.
A motion was made by Council member Kever, seconded by Council member
Harris,that this Ordinance be Tabled Indefinitely . The motion carried by the
following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
the City of McKinney on an Ordinance Amending the Landscape
Requirements, Tree Preservation and Appendix A (Plants Approved
for Landscape Requirements) of Chapter 146, of the Zoning
Regulations
A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member
Kever,that this Ordinance be Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion
carried by the following vote.
