Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Rezone the Subject Property from “PD” - Planned Development District, “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District to “PD” - Planned Development District, “REC” - Regional Employment Center Overlay District and “CC” - Corridor Commercial Overlay District, Generally to Allow for Townhome Uses, Located on the Southwest Corner of McKinney Place Drive and Collin McKinney Parkway, and Accompanying Ordinance A motion was made by Council member Day, seconded by Council member Harris,that this Ordinance be Tabled to Another Meeting . Consider/Discuss/Act on a Preliminary-Final Plat for Lot 1, Block A, of the 380 Investors Addition, Located on the South Side of U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive) and Approximately 2,100 Feet East of F.M. 1827 (New Hope Road) A motion was made by Council member Day, seconded by Council member Kever,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
