Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Supporting the Downtown Parking Committee’s Recommended Locations for Potential Structured Parking Garages and a Potential Municipal Facilities Complex A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member Branch,that this Resolution be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Contract with Freese & Nichols, Inc. to Provide Consulting Engineering Services for the Bloomdale Road Pump Station Site Development Project and Authorizing Any Supplemental Agreements A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Annual Budget and the 2016 - 2020 Capital Improvements Program to Provide Funds for the McKinney Ranch Parkway Improvements from Hardin Boulevard to US 75 Project A motion was made by Council member Rogers, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Ordinance be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Contract with CH2M Hill, Inc. for Professional Engineering Design Services for Hardin Boulevard Lanes 5 & 6 from SH 121 to McKinney Ranch Parkway and McKinney Ranch Parkway Improvements from Hardin Boulevard to US 75 and Any Necessary Supplemental Agreements A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Rogers,that this Resolution be Approved . Regarding its Proposed Routes in the Southwestern Part of McKinney Along SH121 A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Day,that this Resolution be Approved .
