Community Affairs (TDHCA), for 9% Tax Credits for the Construction of
Circle F Ranch Lofts

Community Affairs (TDHCA), for 9% Tax Credits for the Construction of
Circle F Ranch Seniors
A motion was made by Council member Shemwell, seconded by Council
member Elliott,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the
following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Ratifying the First Amendment to
the Interlocal Agreement with the Denton County Transportation Authority
(“DCTA”) to Provide Transit Services to the McKinney Urban Transit
District Service Area on Saturdays, and Approving the Second
Amendment to said Interlocal Agreement to: (a) Add Contract Provisions
Now Required for Compliance with Federal Contracting Guidelines; and,
(b) Outline Changes in DCTA’s Scope of Services Regarding the Use of
Two (2) 2014 Glaval Titan LF Buses
A motion was made by Council member Rath, seconded by Council member
Shemwell,that this Resolution be Approved . The motion carried by the

Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Revising the Lease Agreement for
the Downtown Parking Garage, Generally Located on the Northeast
Corner of Chestnut Street and Virginia Street
A motion was made by Council member Shemwell, seconded by Council
