The motion carried by the following vote. Comments and Presentation to Outgoing Council Members Oaths of Office and Presentation of Certificates of Election Welcome from Mayor and Council members Comments from Incoming Council Members Consider/Discuss/Act on Three Appointments to the 2015 Bond Election Committee A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Ussery, seconded by Council member Pogue,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on Filling Three Positions on the Reinvestment Zone Number Two Board A motion was made by Council member Pogue, seconded by Council member Day,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
