The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorizing City Manager to Negotiate an Interlocal Agreement Establishing the Waiving of City Development Fees for McKinney Independent School District in Exchange for Use of McKinney Independent School District Facilities A motion was made by Council member Branch, seconded by Council member Rogers,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. EXECUTIVE SESSION In Accordance with the Texas Government Code: A. Section 551.071 (2).
