CALL TO ORDER
Consider/Discuss/Act on Filling the Vacant Position on the McKinney
Community Development Corporation
A motion was made by Councilwoman Rath, seconded by Council member
Shemwell,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the
following vote.
WORK SESSION ITEMS
Discuss the Progress of the Implementation of EnerGov, by Tyler
Technologies, Inc., McKinney’s New Land Management System
Consider and Discuss Potential Amendments to Article V (Noise) of
Chapter 70 of the Code of Ordinances
A motion was made that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by
the following vote.

In Accordance with the Texas Government Code:
A. Section 551.071(2) Consultations with Attorney on any Work Session, Special
Session, or Regular Session agenda item requiring confidential attorney/client advice
necessitated by the deliberation or discussion of said items (as needed)

member Branch,that this be Adjourn . The motion carried by the following
