The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of McKinney, Texas, Certifying the Election Results for the May 4, 2019 Special Bond Election A motion was made by Mayor Fuller, seconded by Council member Elliott,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of McKinney, Texas, Certifying the Election Results for the May 4, 2019 Special Charter Election A motion was made by Mayor Fuller, seconded by Council member Philips,that this Ordinance be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. EXECUTIVE SESSION In Accordance with the Texas Government Code: A.
