Minutes of the Community Grants Advisory Commission Meeting of June 16, 2016 A motion was made by Evans, seconded by Board Member Maier,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider a Community Development Funding Request Under 2016-2017 Program Year Consider/Discuss/Act on the PY 2016-17 Funding Allocation Recommendation for the Community Development Block Grant Program A motion was made by Evans, seconded by Christian,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
