CITY OF McKINNEY, TEXAS Minutes - Final Historic Preservation Advisory Board Thursday, December 5, 2013 5:30 PM Council Chambers 222 N. Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. 13-1238 Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of November 7, 2013 Attachments: Minutes A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by Bailey,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA 13-017HT Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by William and Bonita Thedford, for Approval to Receive a Historic Marker for the House Located at 505 West Hunt Street Attachments: Marker Application Historic Narrative Historic Research Sanborn Map Photos A motion was made by McGraw, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. 13-018HT Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by William and Bonita Thedford for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 505 West Hunt Street A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
