Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final February 6, 2014 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of December 5, 2013 A motion was made by Burton, seconded by Rodriguez,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Tom Michero for Approval to Receive a Historic Marker for the House Located at 1108 Tucker Street. A motion was made by Morgan, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Tom Michero for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 1108 Tucker Street A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Morgan,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by David Hampton for Approval to Receive a Historic Marker for the House Located at 705 North College Street A motion was made by Rodriguez, seconded by Morgan,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by David Hampton for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 705 North College Street A motion was made by Morgan, seconded by McGraw,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
