A motion was made by White, seconded by Burton,that this be Approved . The
motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items
required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission
member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.

A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Buettner,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House
Located at 1204 Tucker Street.
A motion was made by Burton, seconded by White,that this Agenda Item be
