Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final January 7, 2016 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Burton,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of December 3, 2015 This that this Minutes be Approved by consent roll call END OF CONSENT ITEMS REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Rico Munoz for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 1208 Tucker Street. A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Rico Munoz for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 1208 Tucker Street. A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
