THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Zupanic,that this be Approved .
The motion carried by the following vote.

A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 605 North
