Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final March 3, 2016 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of February 4, 2016 A motion was made by White, seconded by Bailey,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Faith M. Kuczaj for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 605 North Bradley Street A motion was made by White, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Sharon M. Daerr, for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 105 North Benge Street A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
