Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final June 1, 2017 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Hammond,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Paul and Rebecca Rearden for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 613 West Hunt Street A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Douzart,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
