PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.
CALL TO ORDER
CONSENT ITEMS
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member
making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.
Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of
June 1, 2017
A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Hammond,that this Minutes be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
REGULAR AGENDA
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Brenda Tullous, for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located
at 622 North Church Street.
A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Ball,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Brenda Tullous for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 622 North
Church Street.
A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Alfred & Kate Cheng for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House
Located at 609 Tucker Street.
A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Alfred & Kate Cheng for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 609 Tucker
Street.
A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be

of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards,
acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on
upcoming agendas, and condolences.
