Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas Historic Preservation 75069 Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final September 7, 2017 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Wegner,that this be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of July 6, 2017 This that this Minutes be Approved and Referred by consent roll call REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Shannon Yarbrough and Bob Bruu for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 516 West Hunt Street A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Shannon Yarbrough and Bob Bruu for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 516 West Hunt Street A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Douzart,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
