THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of
September 7, 2017
A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Minutes be
Approved to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 10/17/2017. The
motion carried by the following vote.
REGULAR AGENDA
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Keith and Tress Pearce for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House
Located at 1108 West Virginia Street.
A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Keith and Tress Pearce for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 1108 West
Virginia Street.
A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
