THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

A motion was made by Wegner, seconded by Hammond,that this be Approved
. The motion carried by the following vote.
This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member
making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items.

A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Bailey,that this Agenda Item
be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Joci and Lance Miceli, for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 615 North
Church Street.
A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
