THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of
August 2, 2018
A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Minutes be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by
Ashley and Kobey Seale for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House
Located at 403 Tucker Street
A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Ashley and Kobey Seale for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood
Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 403 Tucker
Street
A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item

acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on
upcoming agendas, and condolences.
