Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final September 6, 2018 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of August 2, 2018 A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. END OF CONSENT AGENDA REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Ashley and Kobey Seale for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 403 Tucker Street A motion was made by Zupanic, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Ashley and Kobey Seale for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the House Located at 403 Tucker Street A motion was made by Hammond, seconded by Wegner,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by Carey Glenney and Tim Zumwalt for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 510 North Church Street A motion was made by Bailey, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. DISCUSSION ITEMS Discuss Historic Home Recognition Calendar BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
