Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069 Historic Preservation Advisory Board Historic Preservation Advisory Minutes - Final November 1, 2018 Board PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Burton,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CONSENT ITEMS Minutes of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting of September 6, 2018 A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Zupanic,that this Minutes be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by James A. & Cynthia W. Joor for Approval of a Historic Marker for the House Located at 611 North Church Street. A motion was made by Ball, seconded by Zupanic,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by James A. & Cynthia W. Joor for Approval of a Level 1 Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone Tax Exemption for the Residential Property Located at 611 North Church Street. A motion was made by Burton, seconded by Ball,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
