CALL JOINT MEETING TO ORDER
Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting had been duly
called, and notice of the meeting had been posted for the time and manner required by law.

JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION
If, during the course of the meeting covered by this Notice, the Board of Trustees and City
Council should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session of the Board of
Trustees and City Council is required, then such closed or executive meeting or session as
authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et
seq., will be held at the date, hours, and place given in this Notice, concerning any and all
purposes permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

motion carried by the following vote.
