Minutes of the McKinney Arts Commission Meeting of October 20, 2016 A motion was made by Brewer, seconded by Commissioner Hull,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 2/7/2017. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request to Reallocate $24,915 from Unspent FY2016 MAC Funds to Public Art Fund A motion was made by Commissioner Conover, seconded by Commissioner Hull,that this Agenda Item be Approved . Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorization of Funds to Pay Public Art Plan Consultants to Present a Report to McKinney Art Commissioners at a Special Meeting A motion was made by Commissioner Conover, seconded by Brewer,that this Agenda Item be Approved .
