Minutes of the McKinney Arts Commission Meeting of April 18, 2019 A motion was made by Nance, seconded by Commissioner Huckaby,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on Approval of the Final Report for Arts in Bloom and Reimbursement to McKinney Main Street A motion was made by McEntire, seconded by Nance,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Consider/Discuss/Act on Authorization of Use of Public Art Funds as a Match for a Public Art Grant, Through Cultural District Funding, From the Texas Commission on the Arts A motion was made by McEntire, seconded by Commissioner Huckaby,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
