REGULAR AGENDA
Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider/Discuss/Act on a Second
Amendment to Project #14-09 to Initiate Phase II of the MAFC Project
and Increase the Total Project Amount by $1,500,000 [Phase I:
$34,500,000; Phase II: $1,500,000] with Funds to be Allocated from
the Previously-Approved Parks and Recreation Allocation for FY 16 to
be Used for Phase II MAFC Project Components that Include:
Construction of a Park Road; Construction of a Monument Sign at
Eldorado and Alma; Design and Construction of Up to Three Additional
Water Slides to be Installed on the Originally Designed Tower
Structures in the Outdoor Leisure Pool and Included in the Base
Project
A motion was made by Myers, seconded by Glew,that this Agenda Item be
Approved Closing Public Hearing . The motion carried by the following vote.
