of June 26, 2018
A motion was made by Doak, seconded by Barnes-Tilley,that this Minutes be
Approved to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 9/4/2018. The
motion carried by the following vote.

A motion was made by Doak, seconded by Barnes-Tilley,that this Minutes be
Approved to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on 9/5/2018. The

Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Funding Project #18-09,
Submitted by McKinney Main Street in an Amount Not to Exceed
Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000) for a Wireless Speaker System
for Historic Downtown McKinney. Amount requested represents 100% of

A motion was made by Barnes-Tilley, seconded by Doak,that this Agenda Item
be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Funding Project #18-10,
Submitted by The Heritage Guild of Collin County, in the Amount of
Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) for Iron Fencing and Monument
Signage at Chestnut Square. The amount requested represents 89% of
the total project cost.
A motion was made by Clarke, seconded by Brewer,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
