NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. CALL TO ORDER CONSENT ITEMS This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Items. Minutes of the McKinney Community Development Corporation Meeting of July 25, 2019. A motion was made by Brewer, seconded by Barnes-Tilley,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REGULAR AGENDA Financial Reports Board and Liaison Updates Board Chair City of McKinney McKinney Convention and Visitors Bureau McKinney Economic Development Corporation McKinney Main Street/MPAC McKinney Parks and Recreation President’s Report Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Funding, Submitted by the City of McKinney Parks and Recreation Department (#19-10), in the Amount $5,500,000 for Park and Facility Redevelopment and Improvements; Design and Construction of Various Parks; Facilities, Equipment and Trail Projects. A motion was made by Richardson-Woods, seconded by Glew,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Funding, Submitted by the City of McKinney Parks and Recreation Department (#19-10), in the Amount $5,500,000 for Park and Facility Redevelopment and Improvements; Design and Construction of Various Parks; Facilities, Equipment and Trail Projects. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider/Discuss/Act on a Request for Funding, Submitted by McKinney Main Street (#19-11), in an Amount Not to Exceed $60,000 for Three Neon Signs to Help Identify the Historic Downtown McKinney Cultural District and Highlight Parking. Church Street, McKinney, Texas. Amount Requested is 100% of Estimated Project Cost. A motion was made by McGill, seconded by Clarke,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.
