Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Board Meeting of February 13, 2014. A motion was made by McGuire, seconded by Perkins,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. REPORTS Discuss Division Reports REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on Plans for a Spring 2014 Parks Tour A motion was made by Butler, seconded by Perkins,that this Agenda Item be Tabled to Another Meeting . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
