Minutes of the Joint McKinney Community Development Corporation and Parks Advisory Board Meeting of December 12, 2013. A motion was made by Ray, seconded by Brewer,that this Minutes be Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote. DISCUSSION ITEMS Division Reports Discuss the Joint Meeting Between McKinney Independent School District and the McKinney City Council held on February 10, 2014. REGULAR AGENDA Consider/Discuss/Act on a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with Brinkley Sargent Architects (BSA) of Dallas, Texas for Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Design and Construction of the Aquatics and Fitness Center Project. A motion was made by Arnold, seconded by Perkins,that this Agenda Item be Approved . The motion carried by the following vote. CITIZEN COMMENTS BOARD OR COMMISSIONER COMMENTS Board or Commission Comments relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
