PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

This portion of the agenda consists of non-controversial or housekeeping items required
by law. Items may be considered individually by the Board or Commission member

A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Warren,that this Minutes be
Approved and Referred . The motion carried by the following vote.

REGULAR AGENDA
Consider/Discuss/Act on a Recommendation to City Council to Approve
a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Purchase
Agreement for Lot 1 Block A of the Greens of McKinney, Approximately
73 Acres
A motion was made by Szecsy, seconded by Dixon,that this Agenda Item be
Approved . The motion carried by the following vote.

Board, MCDC Liaison, and Director Comments relating to items of public interest:
Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition,
commendation of citizens, traffic issues, upcoming meetings, informational update on
City projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests of the
Director for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences.
