PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.002, A QUORUM OF
THE CITY COUNCIL MAY BE PRESENT. NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION WILL BE
TAKEN.

Meeting of October 11, 2018
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Wolfe,that this Agenda Item be
Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on
12/18/2018. The motion carried by the following vote.

the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with
Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. of McKinney, Texas for Landscape
Architectural and Engineering Services Related to the Design for
Redeveloping Cottonwood Park, Located at 212 McMakin Street.
A motion was made by Pelley, seconded by Nance,that this Agenda Item be
Approved and Referred to the City Council Regular Meeting, due back on
11/19/2018. The motion carried by the following vote.

update on City projects, awards, acknowledgments of meeting attendees, birthdays,
requests of the Director for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and
condolences.
